 Why not enable dentistry, then we would be able to use all those riverling teeth and ulber claws to make customised dentures, for peaceful  use or otherwise.    ;D    .. Dentures, for frolics or fighting.

I wonder how dentistry works in Yliakum.  The longer lived races probably can grow more than one set of adult teeth (otherwise elves, dwarves, etc. would spend half their lives gumming their food, unless their teeth are constructed in such a way they can't wear down), but Ylian et al. would definitely need it.  Do healing spells regrow teeth?

Dentistry is not related to a Medieval Fantasy setting. :@#\The dentistry in the medieval times was a torture more than a craft.

Use of those teeth for dentures, probably not, use of those teeth on gauntlets for epic melee-ing... at least till you can afford metal ones... Sounds painfully fun.
