Does the planeshift team have any idea when planeshift will be fully developed?

Will there be a good deal of balance in planeshift. For instance it doesnt matter what your class is it all depends on your skill and level. Is it like if your a level 12 mercenery you can beat a level 15 rogue because your a mercenery.

Granted or negated Wishes / Hidden City/Village

I would like to see a hidden city/village. Like an Elven City that you hafta go through a waterfall and enter the city but if your unwanted guards would come and try to kill you. This city should be surronded by alot of trees and be marble.
