Rigging and animating tutorials

I am interested in improving my skills at rigging and animating characters and was wondering if anyone knew of some suitable tutorials for 3dsMax 6.
I have Character Studio 4.2, I bought it at the same time as Max.

I completed the included tutorials with no problems and would like to know of any you know of tutorials I can continue to test myself on. Searches are turning up many irrelevant things for me.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
