Character stuck in pergatory?

While in the death realm I fell to my death and spawned in a black pit unable to move or communicate in chat channels. Unstick just puts me back into the same spot, can anyone advise me on my next course of action pls? My toon is just a tiny newbie all alone and cold........

try /die to put you back at the spawn point of the death realm
