I recieved this quest to cut 3 pungent tubers and tryed everything I could thing of to do so. I placed one on the the prep table had a kitchen knife equiped and tryed the / use command, tryed /cutting tryed hitting the combine button but nothing was working. Can someone pls help me with this.

we dont have a cooking guide yet, and i dont know that we will at any time, i would suggest you ask others near you. also you can try to put the object you want to cut in a container [like a table] and try to use it there.

Hello pharnal,

please make sure you put the tubers in the container slots of the table, not on the table.
Also, you need to equip the knife (hand slot) and your crafting book (mind slot).

The rest should happen automatically.

I will give that a try thank you. I didn't know the table had slots or to put the book in the mind slot. Muchly appreciated!
