What\'s wrong with \"exponential\"?
I agree that hard limits on training for certain races is not a realistic idea.
I like the idea of higher costs, and especially like the idea of declining skills not in use. However there must be some which once learned can\'t be forgotten, like riding a bicycle, though without a skills list in front of me I can\'t give an example.
