Constant crashing, 3 minutes of play only.

I've been browsing the forums for 3 hours trying to find a fix, but it seems there is none. I'm an avid roleplayer and would love to join the community, but I can barely get in game! It crashes on the loading screen, during character creation, selecting a character, and in-game. (Only played 2 minutes though, with warped/moving floor tiles)

I am using a Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family (I know, it's trash. But it runs Skyrim and Fallout New Vegas just fine.) My driver is fully updated at 8.15.10.2869 from the Intel website. It is a Dell Inspiron Laptop, running Windows 7.

Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 900@2.20GHz with 2.00 GB of RAM.

Set all your graphics options as low as they can go in the Launcher. Hope for the best. I know it's not very helpful. There has been improved support for Intel chipsets I understand. Try searching for posts.
