I'm just wondering... if you offer services but you keep your allegiance secret at the same time, how do you get clients? A front man? A pimp? ::|

What considers my char, in the past he has been contacted several times for burglaries and assassinations. His clients approached him like: "I have heard you might be the man for some ... unusual business...". But this is the result of a lot of roleplay where it became obvious, that Orgonwukh is a 'bad guy' (e.g. showing bad behaviour, threatening honest citizens, getting imprisoned, make some good guys enemies, etc.).
I utterly failed to make Orgonwukh pimp of the now vanished guild of female 'dancers', if you know who I mean...  ::)

I, myself go half-afk when mining or crafting very often, too. It is just too boring to hit the button every 10 or 20 seconds and watch the characters motions. Some players roleplay while doing this, but I think most do what I do: browse forums, the web, watch a movie etc. There are some exceptions where crafters/miners RP while they are doing their jobs, though. But I understand that after some time of working without any RP, you focus your attention on something else.

Just an advice: Ask your English-speaking guild mates or associates in game to help you. I, for example, appreciate any help and do not feel offended when someone is correcting me. Being in a guild where only English is spoken does help a lot, too. I would also like to thank Izzabella here for helping me to improve my English so many times.

Okay, after complaining a lot about the duelling, time for some nice comments ;)

The graphics is very nice, the sounds added are, too. Once the attack range is fixed I expect a lot of fun with the new duelling system like bar fights or training sessions at differents spots.
And of course the new Kada-El's is very nice. I especially like the barrels in the lower part, so it is not always necessary to bother Allelia for some drinks :P

I can't say I didn't see this coming. There are countless discussions on player skill vs. character skill. The PS development team decided on character skill as it is a role playing game. Get used to it.

WHY did they decide that? Please tell me! If it was a decision based on dissatisfaction of the huge ammount of players, I might have missed something.

In short: Duelling sucks now! Please remove the distance checking for duels!

In detail: I think the fun is spoiled since only stats and levels decide now who wins. Not timing and tactics (nearly). I could also go and play Regnum now (flame me! I am wearing an asbestos suit!). I also think it is unrealistic. Why should anyone start an attack directly in front of an opponent when it takes him 3 or more seconds to bring his sword down on them? Another annoying thing is that you can be killed by the opponent when you /yield (although I never do that ;) ). I always hear arguments like 'now it is like in all other games'. I ask back 'why do you think is that a good idea?'. People had lots of fun with the duelling systema as it was. If they now want to compare their stats and levels they can agree before duel not to move.

I am eagerly waiting for the new duel system, too. In the past I often played death as being knocked out. Everyone had to wait until the dead one returned. So no return of the living dead anymore. Great :D

Okay, time for me to thank too, I suppose. :)

First of all, thanks to Izzabella. You made me develop my char more and more while enjoying it. Thank you too, for your patience and all the fun I had, have and hopefully will have.  :D

Elvi: Thanks for being such a good leader of The Outlaws and a helpful fellow and also for the nice contributions in form of awful farts and such.
Drah: Thanks for helping me so much and all the work you did in the shadows for the infrastructure of the guild.
Ereale: Thank you for your help in all concerns. Orgonwukh still is frustrated why the ugliest Fenki of Yliakum declined his marriage proposal ;)
Esilet: Thanks to the only woman which is still a complete mystery for Orgonwukh.
Maudis: Where is the insane woman only Orgonwukh seems to like? I hope she is well. Thank you too.
Namach: Thanks to a loyal and always friendly comrade. Stay as you are.
Noriin and Velh: Oh yes! Good trainers for roleplay and sarcasm you are. It is always a pleasure to play with you.
Nyarimius: Thanks to the kindest Fenki Orgonwukh knows. You are a good and rare friend for him.
Valorius: Thanks to the Queen of Daggers for showing me my greatest strengths and flaws in combat.
Zakrei: Thanks to momma's boy. I hope you will be able to dodge her pan attacks and be well. :P
Further thanks to Aiwendil, Casewen, Eurac, Jaycc, Kaerli, Reapbel, Sodedar, Solone, Swandazi, Tuxide, Vexonee,Yanlora and Zwenze. You all make me enjoy playing this game by letting your chars suffer under Orgonwukh.
I apologise to those I forgot and those who do not like my way of playing (feel free to help me improving it and give it another try).

Oh, I forgot one:
Allelia: Thank you for providing the fuel for Orgonwukh. You are a witch though...  ;D

So very true. However I still don't like it. The fact is if everyone who becomes a murderer is in danger of getting ther character erased how many people will you see who actually try to dedicate a character to evil? Fewer than there are now I can assure you. Still its in the settings so thats how it should be. I do think there should be loop holes, ways of avoiding this fate. That way you don't have to make a new character every week.

Agreed. I suppose, being killed with the uncertainty to maybe awaken in death realm and find your way back, or maybe not, should suffice to scare anyone since the death realm is an eerie place to dwell in.

If a mine dropped more gold the government would have it guarded quite tightly by ulber-eating-for-breakfast guards.

Exactly! And this is where players come in. Do we want to rp everything with an 'imaginary government' all the time? There are people like knights, mercenaries, robbers and so on. So just let them play.

So you are saying the skills/stats to train when mining are, in order of importance:
- sword
- armor
- strength
- agility
- mining

No. The skills for a miner to train are:
- mining
- knowing how to employ someone to protect her/him from being attacked while mining

a) combat was working right
That''s another wishlist topic, I suppose ;)

b) the guards would need to have a realistic chance in keeping the bandits away, so miners can mine,  without constant looking behind their back.
Many weak guards can overwhelm even very strong robbers. If the gold mine was at a dead end (like the tefu valley), only the bottleneck at the entry would need to be guarded.

Quote
c) bandits would risk being punished if recognized. and punishments would reach from fees, through physical labour as a fee and finally, the worst, banning from city/cities.
If I were a robber, I would cover my face when approaching the mine and obviously only do it when no or few guards are around  ::)
An idea is, that the law is not applied outside cities, so it's survival of the strongest there. If you don't like this idea, how about this: The punishment for robbing is death sentence, applied directly by the guards themselves since no law and jury is there.

What about a gold mine which gives more gold than the others, but is a PvP area? If someone dies there, the whole gold obtained would be dropped.

Miners would run there to make fast money. Additionally robbers might try to rob them, and some guards could get some jobs there by protecting the miners for a fee.
