We are working out the problems in recording voices and a "how to" for standard policies and procedures and will establish some base audio internally, the tentative plan is to open it up to submissions when we have worked out the kinks. I can assure anyone excited about making audio that it can be quite an extensive commitment of time and energy to do voicing for a given npc.
For now, baby steps, debugging, setting standards, and a walkthrough are on our radar.
