will a player be able to build his own house ? and will groups of players be able to build their village or hamlet ? thank you

The good answer is "no" not for now ! but you (and your guild !) can buy a house in game a "guildhouse" and perhaps one day you can "make a house"!
This is one of the "no implemented skill" every char have in this game ! everything still open so manny things can come in game tomorow !
(and me i want make the "Castle Groffel" one day !)
