My Problem:
I had a character in Molecular Blue and I reserved it for Crystal Blue.
I got a Mail with this text:
Your PlaneShift character Xyandir has been placed on the reserve list for the account: xyandir@web.de For your crystal collecting efforts you have been rewarded with 7881 trias to spend. Because you were a skilled collector, you have also been given the special \'Ring of the past\' item.
I created a account on the same E-Mail
I created a character, \"Xyandir Nocturas\".
I started the game but there was no ring and no trias.
Where was my fault or where was the bug?
