Well.. What IS this game actually? I mean.. is it a ultima online like game or a everquest lookin game..? Just wondering

The graphics it least I know, will be more like Everquest.  Just take a look at the screenshots, they\'re awesome!!

I myself think it seems like a mix between rs, uo, eq with a bit extra!  It is definetly best graphics and game play idea ive ever seen.  Its also great you can easily talk to the staff!!

If the staff aren\'t too busy that is.  

I like to think of Planeshift as unique.  It can be COMPARED to some games eq, rs*spit* and uo.  But in the end it will be it\'s own game, with it\'s own idea\'s and it\'s own style.

Ya know, I have a small feeling that this game will become pretty popular. Because its gonna be great, and free!

I dont really know, i would guess its something to do with shifting planes or planes that shift, but thats just a guess... :)

Why is everybody *spit*ing on rs?
Whats the big problem with it? It\'s a pretty good, fairly complex, online rpg with not bad graphics. I mean I do think this looks a lot better, but rs is not bad by any means. ?(

If the RS everyone is spitting at is Runescape, then to those who spat, I spit on you! *spit spit spit spit* RS is a very great game...course I\'m sure Planeshift is gonna be tons better...but still in terms of free MMORPG\'s, its king.

there is nothing RPG like in RS.. sure there are quests but the game in most part is nothing but hack and slash. there is no RPing and i could go on and on but .....

There is no point in playing RS. All you do is fight monsters or complete quests to lvl up......

this is partialy my fault, but i would like to ask that we stop talking about how good or bad RS is... i know i shouldnt have mentioned it but i did.... the only talk about RS that is permited on these boards is if it is directly related to PS in some way. just saying RS is bad or good is not relating it to PS. im sorry i kinda got this started so ide like to ask it just be droped now......
