The more NPCs you ask, the more theories you hear about the iron buildings in Hydlaa. Them being built by Xacha is only one theory you can hear. Well possible that others tell you the opposite. Nevertheless, a strong relation between Xacha, Laanx, and iron constructions seems to be common knowledge about Yliakum history. So wether really Xacha or not built the Iron Tower - it seems to be most probable that they could have done it. And the Laanx temple - are there similar doubts or beliefs who built that? Unless the Settings publish a historical document about it, it will stay a myth for us.
But the Complex wells appear to be even older, and that seems to be quite certain, somehow...
