Hello,
I am a young Demorian looking to start a guild. I would like name suggestions and people who would like to be members. I would also like for people to donate tria for our guild. This guild is a good guild. We believe in Lannx and Talad and will accept both religions. [As you can see it is a role-playing guild] We will help each other and will help other people. We will also assist people with their jobs or quests. I will try to get a job at the "Red Crystal Den" for some pay but that may not work. [If you have something that needs to happen in-game, please set up a time for us to meet.]

You might have an easier time getting people to join if you first figure out the details of your guild and then post it.
As a player some of the questions that would come to my mind are:
Is this a role playing guild or a pl guild ?
Is it being run by noobs or experienced players ?
Would my character fit into this guild given his alignment ( good vs evil ), profession and religion
Would I as a player benefit from joining ?
Would I as a player be able to make a contribution that I find personally rewarding or satisfying ?

@ bendad123: Much is possible. Less is useful. Try to have a reason, a purpose, a goal!

Invent a marijuana-type leaf. Then base your guild off it. Call it something lazy and uncreative. You the founder will be the most industrous of all your leaf smoking guildies; they all toss around a hackeysack type device. No, really, I want this guild to happen.

a soon to be guild: first try to figure out how Laanx is written, then try and figure out whether you follow Laanx or Talad, or choose a path where your religion is not that important
One most important thing: choose your own path with your guild to be, because as for me, it doesn't seem like you have any goals so far
[It sounds like: we will help, but please help us first, even in creating this guild.. my two coins in this is, first have it worked out yourself, have your own goals and plans, make the guild, then go on from there]
