In the topic of "Who is the 'nicest'" a GM was brought up in nomination. I think that GMs shouldn't be reviewed on their niceness, but really, their coolness. ;D :P

Marathal! She's a wonderful roleplayer, and her characters are super-fun!
As for the rest of the team I've bothered, they've always been there to help with icky last name changes, bugs, and...like Roled, getting stuck in places someone shouldn't get stuck in. :innocent:

Do I have to pick just one? If no, I would start with Rhumdor, Venalan, Marathal. continue with Sarva, Tazen, Dohmo... and eventually I would end up listing the whole GM team as being both nice and cool. Or very close to the whole. Not much voting in that, I suppose ::).
So I just say: Ingles is the best.

Well, I guess you are Zarvello, not Dirt. Right? And about why... because I think Ingles is the coolest GM around. It's a feeling, born from experience. I don't know where I could get some numbers or other 'hard facts' to prove my point, really. Facts could only prove he's a good (effective and helpful) GM, but it's not what the poll is about.
And that doesn't mean other GMs aren't cool. They are.
/me ponders more...

I know that Tazen and Rhumdor are both very helpful, and Marathal kept me company while I was in prison. So I would have to say its a tie between these three.
But If i had to chose one, I would chose Rhumdor(I think thats his name) because he hasnt got a vote yet.

Darn, I need a list of old GMs. I remember this very cool GM who got inspired by gm-dave (http://bannable-offenses.blogspot.com/) at some point and wrote some great stories about his experiences. Can't remember his name :/

OMG, found the cool GM's name by searching through piles of old forum posts: Syilph. Active before 2007.

I definitely vote for Marathal! She has a way of adding to RP's in really cool ways.... Wind blowing in the trees etc... :D (That and when I saw this thread I knew I'd best vote for her else her whip comes out again... :P JK )

my opinion is biased, but the best gm i've ever had the pleasure of working with, was the one belonging to my dearest.
most people would remember her regular player name over her gm char's name. so i'll just go with that and say zorbels.

I say Marathal. However, I'm inclined to choose Ingles, because he provokes players in an attempt to find a reason to ultimately punish them. It takes a truly large heart to care that much about the well-being of players.

I would declare her winner except I have not voted yet.
And my vote is worth 10 instead of the regular 1, for two reasons.
1) I am bloodedIrishman.
2) I did not betray Tazen, the most awesome GM that ever lived.
