I would like to propose a "war zone" which will
1.Create a new reason to have a guild
2. and keep pvp into one common area
3. help generate income for guilds
4. ..makes the game interesting
War Zone would be like
one castle in the middle of a battle field which
1. any guild can command and keep the the castle
2. any guild may attack and take over the castle
3. any guild that can hold the castle for 24 hours may double their collective money
4. any guild that loose the castle in less than 24 hours may looses half of their collective money
5. areas surrounding the castle and within the war zone, pvp is in effect without having to challenge another player to a duel
6. the area MAY have two or more casltes/building to command
7. some quest will involve areas within the battle zone, which will then have a human factor in completing the quest instead of just the player vs npc.

Alrighty. There have been posts about siege weapons and castles and guild battles of that nature. You should search for those, but good post in general. It's a nice, and common idea. But it won't be implemented anytime soon, because I doubt that it's too high on the priority list.

As long as Battering Rams, Trebuchets, Boiling Oils, Siege Towers and Ballistas and alike are available in the future, it will be a great idea that will add some epicness to the "guild wars" making them look more than just gangs skirmishes most of them seem to be now.
