Complaint Department / Leveling combat skills

It seems that one can no longer train combat skills with low level mobs that won't kill you in few hits. A new player cannot afford potions to heal against the higher level mobs.

Because of the theft of materials from the RCD and that 2 guilds, Ad Libertatem and The Family, have control, the Octarchy has decreed that a representative be elected to deal with all matters concerning the RCD.
Only those directly involved in the operation of the RCD may vote.

Would it be possible to get tip jars for players to use when performing or bar tending? Some thing that someone could deposit tria into but not be removed except by the person guarding it?

(20:59:42) Kelaice nods, looking at Philer with a blank face "It is. Now is that all you had to say?"

This was his first contact with anyone in-game.

For any new people seeking a guild to get started with, we in Ad Libertatem would love to have you join us. We set you up with weapons and armor, help with learning how to train and complete quests. We have some good role players to help you in that area as well.
When you think you're ready and want to leave us for another guild, we support you in that, also.
Our stated purpose is to establish a democratic government to replace the Octarchy.

Waesed and Jerada will be joined together in marriage on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14, 2013, @ 4pm est (New York time) and 9pm gmt. All are invited. Event to be held in the Temple of Talad in Gugrontid with the reception to follow at the Stonehead Tavern.
Jerada and I (Waesed) are married in rl and met on Valentine's Day in 1969. (Yes, we are old folk!
)
Look for notices to show up in-game and I would like to find a way to get it on the events calender, if possible.
Change of time to make it easier for those in Europe to attend.
