I\'d say just keep trying. When I first got to the point where it said \'receiving world\' I waited a long time, then got an error message. But, the next time I tried, I didn\'t have to wait long and all went fairly smoothly. (Can\'t remember if I restarted my computer before that 2nd try).
Good luck.

Recieving world problem
I also have this recieving world problem where the game doesn\'t appear to be doing anything, except take 100% of the processor.  There is no modem activity either,  and I\'m using an ADSL line so it shouldn\'t take that long.

Got a 1.4 GHz processor as well, so decompression shouldn\'t be a prob.

Might it be because I\'m behind a firewall?  I\'m using ISA server on my Server.

Thanks

David

Yor RAM and your HDD speed is more important than your processor, also check that you have enough free space. Try disabling your firewall also.

People, it has nothing to do with, HDD, nor RAM, nor processor. It is a bug, that will be fixed pretty soon, I hope so. Because some people have very powerfull machines, and they still can\'t log to the world.   ;)

Any thoughts on how long this bug will take to fix?
