Is it necessary to me to officially register my guild if it would be created for a small friends cirlce, only?

This belongs in the newb help forum.
Anyways, a guild is a guild so yes. But there is no way to register a guild yet so no. :P

You can create a guild in game using the guild commands but at the moment anyone can create a guild about anything and many guilds are not active in-game.  All creating a guild requires is a good imagination and a little work.
