\'Where\' is not restricted to refering to only physical places, but abstract places too like forums or websites (E.g. \'A forum where people roleplay.\').

\'Were\' (the past tense of the verb \'to be\') is used for just that: describing the state of a number of objects in the past (E.g. \'Most guilds were not nominated.\').

I  have no problem with the BISM being nominated, or any other organizations, religions. etc.

That would brake it too. The name states a guild voting.

I voted for the Cabal, but I\'m not sure how that goes with the \"don\'t vote for yer guild\" rule.

I think that this featured guild thing is the best idea in a long time...As far as guilds go.

Well the guilds on the list have a great rep and are much older than ours. As far as the tavern goes, I think the MM thread confused some people and dont know wether were MM or HV so they just vote for DOTS ha ha ha dots.....

OK, i know this post might drag us off topic by just a tiny bit,

but
is the thread \"the mm a fresh start\" the hv thread? or do we still not have an hv thread? because i noticed that no one had voted for hv, so maybe thats because we dont have an official thread(or because nobody likes us).

dude, who are these guilds? the arcane order rings a bell...is that the one with drake or whatever? and after tmg i havent heard of anyof them \'cept the community. if they have such a great rep, why have i not heard of them?(

edooo to get to you, alot of these guilds are pretty old and waiting for cb to finally come, we are waiting almost a year now ( they are a bit late on schedule because they went over to an updated engine near the desired release date ) so most of them don\'t bother to promote themselves until CB.

And aender, since when is MIRTH a guild, aint it an organisation, or i missed something.

Edooo the reason no one has voted for HV is because anyone who thought about it had their eyes burnt out by your sig.  I mean, who here doesn\'t have sore eyes now?

Now seriously its probably because your guild flies under the radar a little i.e. I didn\'t even know that HV was a guild until I read this post.

I think a guild to be featured probably has to have a fair number of members, be well known and be considered a very important or interesting guild.
