Suggestions needed

Sorry to post this here, but the guild forum is locked.
The fact is, I want to upgrade a little my guild site, but for now I am alone on this, and I would love to have your suggestions to make an attractive site.
So, if you can go here: http://otros.web1000.com/ and look around, then come back and post your opinion (not \'great site\' or \'bad site\' please, something more constructive), I will be very grateful. If not, it does not matter.

Well... IMO, the menu is kinda dry, and if you change to another page, it moves.. Try to pep it up a bit, and make it stay the same place  :D

Coming from a person who knows how to program in flash.......site looks awesome Gronomist, as i said before.

Thank you for telling me the menu moves... I generally use Opera browser and with it it does not, so I had not saw it.
