Title: Fatal error

Hello, whenever i open pssetup it just says
Fatal error:
Can\'t create direct draw device.

I really want to test this game out to see if it is very fun or not, i would really appreciate ur help.

Does psclient work, or does it fail as well?  Have you searched the forums for a similar error? (perhaps searching for direct draw or directdraw)

EDIT: right now, you can run around, talk to people, and pick up crystals.  If that\'s not your idea of a fun game, you\'ll be disappointed - you\'d be better off waiting for the next release Real Soon Now.  Note that this isn\'t quite a game yet - it\'s more a demo of the technology that we\'re using

yea psclient works and whenever i try to load to get in the world it takes forever too lol.

That\'s nothing to worry about: the first time the loading can take up to 2 hours. Just let Planeshift calculate some things (I don\'t know what). If you want to know more about it, use the search function.

The first time you connect psclient should take forever, up to 1 or 2 hours in some cases.
