for some reason it\'s all messed up. What are the requirments. A desc, of the problem is:

Maybe it would help if you posted the specs on your comp together with the configuration (resolution and fullscreen/windowed) you are using in PS.
I tried running PS on my Dell Inspiron 7500 laptop running XP with an Ati Mobile P graphicscard. In OpenGL and  fullscreen the screen would be green, but in windowed mode all was fine.
