i knwo there are already threads about this but none helped, i get to intalising world and nothing happens...

Well, of course I already know the solution to your problem, as I have read your mind and already know your system specs, what you have already tried, exactly what \"didn\'t help\"... but I\'m not going to tell you. I\'m going to pretend I don\'t have psychic powers, so I\'m afraid you\'ll just have to post the information needed. :)

Anyway are you running Windows or Linux?  Also which Version/Distrobution?

Ok the go into

Start Menu>Control Panel>System

This should tell your system specs, desirable information includes:

CPU
RAM (amount;  though type and frequency if your pedantic)
GPU (memory amount included)
HDD size
Monitor (refresh rate, screen size)
Your age
DoB
Name of last three boy/girlfriend\'s
Parents marital status
Credit card number
Size of bank account
What car you drive (if you do indeed drive)

No seriously only the first three are needed though you could include four and five (if applicable).

Ok now you have done that, post detailed information on your problem and what you have tried to do to fix the problem.  Include your system specs with this.

Actually, the system thing is very limited, try with Start->Run and write dxdiag and press Enter

yeah just above auckland, its just stands ther for ages and if i touch anything it gose, not responding

Ah ok.

These things have been known to take a long time, a very long time, two to three hours long time (at least on your first connect).  So I suggest that you just start it up before you go to sleep and with any luck it will be logged in by the morning.

If that does not work repost here and we will try something else.
