Title: The server is not running or is not reachable...

My pc says the server is not running or is not reachable. Please check the website or forums for more info. It says this whenever I try to log in as Xelex and I have everything I need down.
Server:203.81.47.27
Name: Xelex
Password: (YEAH RIGHT!!!)


Is the server closed or do I have a problem with my computer? I am completely lost here.

I got the same message. I think there is some kind of closed beta test going on and we aren\'t in on it. :\'(

Server is up and running.
*Looks up at the top of the page and reads Server: running World: loaded. Clients: 18  
I am being brain dead right now for some reason but do a search this question has been answerd a hundred times.
Sorry if that isn\'t more help.

*Tells self to get more sleep sometimes so I don\'t act so brain dead

I dont know whats going on at all, I have read all of the forum about that \"Server is not running\" thing, and there is no solution to it apparently. Because I have a T1 line, and everything is accessable to fragnetics, and I dont have a mac... so I dont see any reason why it wouldent work?... Iv tried this game for a very long time (since it came out) and I have never been able to play it lol, so im going to give up on it if I cant get it to play.

Please don\'t resurrect old threads like this. The game has been nearly completely rewritten in the time since those posts. Read the sticky threads or use the search function to find an answer.

Lol you still dont understand... I read ALL of the forum.. as in yes I used the \'search button\' and none of the so called sollutions work...

the server is not reachable because it crashed so wait a few minutes before trying again

ok, reading through, sorry if this qualifies as \"reasurrecting an old post\" but i had this same problem, and solved it by going to the planeshift program files, clicking the \"data\" folder, then the server document...right click then \"view source\" and edit the info to match what is on the website. Works fine now :)
