Title: Upgrade worth it?

plan on upgradin from:

AMD Athlon XP2000+@1.67GHz
512MB SD DDR Ram
Radeon 9600XT

to a:
AMD Athlon 64bit 3200
1GB Ram
9600XT

Is my upgrade worth it?
