Title: Registering Guild?

If this is outta place i\'m sorry but i don\'t know where else to post this since i\'m a newbie and i do need help...anyways i was just wondering how do you register a guild? who do you send the info to?

Check out www.planeshift.it  (http://www.planeshift.it )  and go to community=> Guilds and check out the rules.
Continue to check around the site then and read all the information that you can find (prevents spam about very many things).
