Title: cant make a character

i do all very fine until i have to select the
 
server:
login:
new:
confirm:

screen. when i wrote the password two times it sais that the name is used whatever name i use...... what do i have to do?

Well, if the name is already used, that means someone else already has the name.  Try a different one.

i also can\'t make a character, i jsut downlaoded the game and ran it....but it\' not working :(

Also make sure you read all of the stickied posts and faq\'s because more then likely your answer is already in one of them.

I CANT EITHER, I JUST DOWNLOADED IT! ive tried everything, even Methylcyclohexane (the stuff in tip-ex)! Who has the name Methylcyclohexane? SUM1 HELP!!! IM DEPSERATE TO PLAY!

ive got the demo version \"molecular blue\" which it says on the website is not complete, is that the reason why i cant get on?!
