Title: stuck in the city!...

I am currently stuck in an alley way in the city.  I was able to jump over a wall to get into it, but now am unable to get out.  /spawn just resets me back in the same alley way that i am stuck in.  The alley way is about 15ft (game scale) in lenth in three different directions, all which have a wall, closing it off.  Help!!!!!!!!

Need to make sure you run the Planeshift Updater first before /spawn will work.
