hey i live out in the boonies where dsl and cable are only dreams in the mind of a young computer nerd such as myself so i was wonderin if a 28800bps connection is enough? i know lags gonna be an issue it always is but you know before i take the time to dl the client i wanna make sure its not gonna be unbearable thanks guys i look forward to playin :)

Well besides lag. I think I remember seeing somewhere PS itself only takes up like 1kb/s. I don\'t remember exactly but the modem will run. I would however strongly suggest you do not download the current version, MB, since CB is in the final testing phase and will be a whole new download and not a patch or anything like that.

Other people are playing PS with a 56K modems, and it works fine, but I\'m not sure what it\'s like with a 28K modem, but it should work. Not sure here, but it wouldn\'t be a bad idea to buy a 56K modem ;)

o its a 56k modem but my phone line cant support it so i rest at an uneasy 28k :( but good ol sbc has promised me dsl in the coming months so :D it will be mine! and thanks i\'ll wait till CB comes out
