Title: Some reason it won't work...

I\'ve gotten frusterated trying to figure it out, lol so after a month i come to you guys for hel;p

On loading world part the game freeezes up for some reason. i\'v restarted the computer closed all programs possible and even defragged and re-downloaded. none seems to work could ya help?

We need a lot more specifics to help you.  Let us know what version you are running, what OS, what video card, whether you\'ve updated your video drivers recently, etc.

Also let us know the exact steps you are taking to get the lockup.

Also, read these forums for MANY other stories about bugs/lockups and how fans fixed them.

My problem is unhelpable. Nobody even seems to have the same problem with the game now as I do.
I got win 98, and I dont think I have a video card (if you think I do, please tell me how I find the darn thing)   8o
Funny thing is, is that the game worked for me before the new version. I cant get either safe (most of the screen is up to far and I cant get to it to bring it down and it freezes where it has the connect, quit and create option) or GL (I click GL and everything turns black and stops running, I have to turn my comp off at that point) to open.

P.S. I will probably be posting and whining about it untill its fixed, sorry.  ;(

To find out your video card, right click on My Computer and select Properties.  Then go to Device Manager and look for the \"Display Adapter\" part.  Click that to unzip it and it will show you the name of your video card.

Ok, I have fixed it myself. (after much messing with my comp and the dl)
BUT, I heard about how to get outside, which turned out to be a glitch and now I am stuck under the floor...
The glitch didnt work for me obviously, so I aint tellin anyone about it! The would be cruel punishment. I tried restarting the game 3 times and I was still stuck under there... Any clue as to how to get about ground again??? Or does this serve me right for trying to use the glitch to my advantage?

Use the /spawn command to zap back to the default starting point.
