Title: bugtracking location?
Post by: Ginga on December 03, 2004, 02:50:38 am
hi again,

I was browsing the bug reports in the project page at sourceforge [  http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?atid=108351&group_id=8351&func=browse ] and seems that is a little bit outdated or not used at all:

- the last bug closed was in July

- for example, the one reported in October 27th about error with \"/echo\" command was fixed the same day by Androgos/blueCommand, but it\'s no closed.

so... is there a place, bug-tracking system or so where people can see (and try to squash ;)) the outstanding bugs?

We will be setting up a public bug tracking system when we release for people to submit bugs to.  At the moment we are using one that is for internal testing ( phpbt ).  We want to limit the people that have access to it for the moment to try and minimize the work on keeping it clean ( ie people posting same bug over and over again, not understanding what the fix means etc ).  When we release we can already have a good list of known issues that people can watch out for.
