Title: Anti Uberism

NPC mobs that wander around looking for PC\'s saying things like \"is uber\", \"I\'m level 500\", \"my new sword rocks\", \"I just nuked a X for 500!\" and then kills the offending PC

kinds sounds like leets from Anarchy Online... they did that kind of thing and they were around lvl 5, well the lower level ones, they got big and reached upto i think lvl 45 or so...

You see what you need to do to stop this is have a test
before you start the game it will just ask basic questions
like What is your age? , What OS do you use?
and if it detects any \"1337 $p3@K\" what so ever.. it gives
the user a perminant bann :D

Your idea just really doesnt follow RP. Lol Nikolia. People that just think they are so uber can go and kill the hardest stuff in the game and dont talk to people if they want to talk like that  :))

P.S: There is no such thing as levels in CB  ;)

I for one, when(because there always will be some) I meet someone speaking in l337, will treat them like a deranged madman who is babbling incoherently.  I will ignore them, and if they attempt to \"r0xx0r\" me, they will get to meet the city guard, and, if i can lure them into the arena, my potion of UberMelting.

The devs should put a disclaimer in the char creation dialog.

\"Warning: 1337 \"leet\" speak is strictly prohibited. Any person caught speaking leet will be beheaded on sight. Have a nice day! :D \"

Beheading is too serious, how about a simple \"kick me\" stuck to the back of the character? (does no damage, stalls them for 1 second)
The \"kick me\" sheet is stuck on a person for 10  minutes real life time after they speak in leet.

As for how a kick feels? Well maybe they screen can jitter just a little. (world view only text/chat box is unaffected.)

Edit: One more note, to make it easy to kick it might be as simple as picking up a crystal. Sadly, if someoone has enough time, then a person can potentially be stun locked for 10 minutes because of his leet speak.. maybe the time can be tuned down as 10 mins might be too extreme?

stick onto the back of the character, it will show all other players

Another thing /\\/\\ Y /\\/A/\\/\\E |S /\\/|k0L|/-\\ <--- this is
leet speak for counter strike I have only seriously played
that game once and every player had there name like that.
my n@m3 1$ N1k011@ <-- this is Ewber leet speak

These are the people that use trojans and think they
hackers because they learnt how to use client/server applications
and know what an I.P address is and also think by obtaining
one they can hack the remote computer with a click.
But it\'s all the same, no matter what way they choose to talk
...lame

That is nonsense too, since it sticks for that time period regardless he/she can\'t get anywhere without the sign until the time is up.... I think.. getting late XD
