Title: weird problem

ok i was trying to creat a character and everything got set up... but when i click upload it says....
the server is not running or is not reachable. Please check the website or forums for more info.

so i checked it out and i turned off the fire wall and everything... stlil saying samething.... I need help!!

Have you made sure your internet connection is running?
Have you tried to ping planeshift.fragnetics.com?
Have you tried to enter the ip address (203.81.47.74) in the connection screen?
