Just letting you all know about my new clan, I will have the site up and running after tonight so by the time you read this the site should be up! The link is www.dead-crow.com/DarkBrotherhood (www.dead-crow.com is my site) here\'s a bit of info on DB.
History:
The Dark Brotherhood was formed by a group of thieves, these thieves brought the town to their knees. They stole what they wanted, when they wanted.
The Dark Brotherhood got awfully greedy, too up themselves to realise that a few thieves who had become assassins were disgusted with their behaviour and believed that loyalty and honour were the keys to success. One day the seperated assassins gathered all the thieves, got them drunk in the local tavern and burnt the place down. Deciding they would continue the guild under new leadership.
Their new leader was to be SeiferRune. They began taking contracts from local citizens and killing off the targets, this earned them their wage. The guild still small, although it was destined to grow.
Rules:
Chatting
-OOC chatter must be in Brackets [Like this.]
-Tell is whispering so therefore the person must be next to you or within earshot.
-Guild Chat is OOC so please treat it that way. Meeting somewhere through Guild Chat can be done as it makes things easier.
Home Life
-When with your girlfriend, NEVER talk about your work. Trust me it makes home life easier.
-Keep your work a secret, don\'t put your family in danger.
-Keep work clothes hidden.
Combat
-Never attack someone unless
1. They attack you first.
2. You have a contract against them.
3. You file a contract.
4. They piss you off =D
Roleplaying
-Be fair, and remember it is Medievil, no cell phones or futuristic items.
-Keep it decent, no one word posts.

Uhh... that last one makes the rest superfluous. Basically, you\'re saying, \"Never attack someone unless you feel like it.\" Nice.

So... a total Morrowind rip then. Very original. :P Especially the rules, the contracts and all.
Don\'t get me wrong, Morrowind\'s Dark Brotherhood quests were very well done, but... surely you could\'ve at least made up your own name. ;)

Thanks you all just ripped me off on my name.. and so you know I am like the biggest morrowind freak there is... along with mafia I am obsessed with the mafia... so thats how the whole \"dont talk to your family\" thing came in..

And I dont get your history. Some assasins kill everyone in the old guild because they dont like them. Then the killers use the dirty name of a dead guiild to make another one? Doesnt sound that sensable to me...
And what are you, good, evil, neutral?
Seems a lot of evil guilds have been coming out lately but the question is if any will last...

form what i gather efflix, i think their main goal is to grow and make money doing hits.
like Merdarion said a change of name would make it sound better, and theres still time for you to do that.

Yes our goal is to be a successful public service. Our alliance is Nuetral as we work for good or evil and I am thinking of a name right now.

Well big deal its a rip from another game or whatever, lets see how it does ^^ Lots of guilds/clans out there that are just rips of other things but doesn\'t mean teh can\'t be successful :P
I also use to love the mafia, I still do with a passion but came to the conclusion most of them are just scumbags milking innocent people of hard earned dollars :(

I am trying to remember the old name I had... but Dark Brotherhood is the best so far.

The Dark Brotherhood, hmmm...i heard that name somewhere...o yeah, its from the *Arcatera*, and from plenty of other games, man there is a Dark Brotherhood in every medival game and\\or book.
So if you need a name that gives you a kind of dark feeling, then try:
1-The Hunting Spirit
2-The Stalking Death
3-The Black Circle
4-....yeah....hmmm....
Know what i mean?

I liked Stalking Death since it kind of shows that you are assassins. Better than Dark Brotherhood IMO.

Well lol.. thanks for the offer to join your guild but you know.. I have the best of everything in the game now so there is no need to get freebies.
I still think that this could be a successful guild, but the whole idea is kind of ruined with the whole \"have to accept a duel\" process, although I agree in all it\'s fairnes.. no massacring for me :(
So now I am dedicating my time to the big event going on in the next few weekends, no certain date yet but I hope its the 16th :D
Guild doesn\'t have to go ahead.. especially since there is a wipe but if after that you wish to join then just post and I will keep this active!

As for the guild:
Its painful to me. How cheap can you get! \"the dark brotherhood was formed by a group of theives blah blah blah\" is also somewhat off the book \"history of the brotherhood\" in morrowind. New name. Revised history. and delete morrowind off your dam PC!

It has nothing to do with the Red Way, nor the Azure Way for that matter. I do what I will, without outward influence.
As for me being the Lord of the Flame, you have not been around long enough to know that I am nothing compared with the now non-existant flaming of the Cabal.
