Okay hopefully they can be removed from the game as they are disturbing the peace constantly!
The players are the same person and his/her name is Spiritkeeper and Billnye.
Okay here is the problem,
Spiritkeeper comes online and starts shouting in caps and annoying everyone, abusing them and then just saying \"I am having a bad day =P\" then abuses someone again and uses foul language.
I ask the person if they can please stop the shouting in caps and annoying everyone and act as normal or I will have to go to higher powers. Spiritkeeper continues. So I say I will have a look at getting him/her banned.
A member comes online with the name Billnye, and starts to shout, Anyone seen Spiritkeeper? I don\'t say anything but then Billnye but people get the idea that Spiritkeeper is Billnye. I tell him/her, \"Okay spiritkeeper we know it is you just stop shouting so much and keep it peaceful\" Billnye begins to whisper me saying, \"Dont ban me I swear I am not Spiritkeeper I am just trying to find her.\" I think about this a moment and realise I never told Billnye about a ban. so I say, \"Well spiritkeeper, I never told you under the account Billnye that a ban would be suggested.\" and he logs off... 2 minutes later Spiritkeeper comes online again and starts to apologise, I say, \"It is too late for me to forgive you.\" and she starts abusing again and she says, \"Collin (Billnye) is at my house dimmwit!\" I laugh to myself in real life, saying to her, \"Then why is he looking for you?\" she reples with, \"You get him banned and I will trace you down a rabbit hole!\"
And so the problem continues and is ruining the experience of many members. I am not posting this out of hate for the member but so that I and other members can play the game in peace. Thankyou for all who have taken time to read this.

If peolple are bothering you in game try finding a mod to mute them or just get cirys mod and use the /ignore command. Sorry i dont have a link to his mod but you can probably find it through searching.

Yes people can be very annoying. Everyone does it once in a while though... even me... only once though ;(

dont think a ban would matter right now... they\'d just create a new account :\\

The person isnt very smart from what I saw so I guess they wouldnt know how to change an IP.

Bah whats that quote Moogie use to have in her signature about you can create a new account after you get banned and it can be banned by me a few seconds after :) Something like that.

Her sig used to say it takes a few minutes for you to create an account, it takes me a few seconds to ban it.
Or something to that effect...

It takes 2 minutes for you to create an account, but takes me only 2 seconds to kick it back out again.

If someone is annoying you just annoy them back or ignore them then they will eventually give up.

I am not going to bring myself down to their level by annoying them back. Instead I will try and resolve the problem. (This was the solution I chose). Or then I will ignore them if that is more suitable.. but they were shouting constantly. I couldnt have a conversation!

you can go on planeshift\'s IRC if there\'s no MOD online, hopefully you\'ll find one of them lurking...

There should be a minisystem that checks if you curse or not and if u curse waaaaay toooo much, you get your account suspended! ---} Probobly the best way to get rid of annoying loosers!

Hopefully is a curse counter is implemented than it\'ll clear itself over time, so that a person can only swear so much per day/hour etc...
There are times when a player really is fuming mad and for some odd reason need to curse to cool off/release steam.
The other way to use the swear counter other then to suspended their account might be simply auto mute any speech which has any kind of curse word in it. A counter can alert them that they are about to use up their curse counter when they only have a few words left. (Not going to work if he throws 10 curses at once).

Bleh, if you curse you should be freely PVP\'able by everyone >:D

I have found that in any game online, as well as in RL, there will always be people that live crappy lives and come to others to take their frustrations out on. They are either to be ignored, laughed at, or banned... I love the curse counter idea, what a great idea. Curse 3 times in one day and that gives you a permanent black cloud over your head. 3 black clouds and you are banned.

If you do it IC and truely aren\'t pissed surely you can take the courtesy to sensor your wording, besides the bitching he was doing was OOC.

If you have problems with members, use the Petition system in CB to alert the GMs. If a GM is not currently online, the Petition you send will be saved in the system untill one arrives. They will then deal with the situation to the best of their abilities.
