what creature walks on four legs in the morning,
two legs at noon,
and three in the evening?
-
You don\'t have to be smart to answer that question. One could simply come across the myth of sphinx...

Know the answer = smart
Oedipus solved the riddle and the Sphinx hurled herself to her death on the rocks below. [Can you solve the riddle? What walks on four legs in the morning, two at mid-day, and on three legs before evening? Oedipus said it was a man. As an infant, he crawls on all fours at the beginning or \"dawn\" of his life; when grown, he walks upright; when old, he walks with a cane.]
Google for the answer = genious? :D
-
nope,
Smart = showing mental alertness and calculation and resourcefulness :P
Thus it would show you\'re smart only if you\'d come up with the answer on your own.

Thank you for my ego :) now I know i\'m smart :D
Now my question :
What happens if a blond french girl moves to Belgium ?
-
Then she eats Belgium waffles? Or, maybe she becomes a blond Belgium girl; that is always a possibility.
By the way, this riddle is pretty old, and I thought everyone knew the answer already...
-
I heard this one a few years ago
-
a really old person?
-
Wasn\'t this in an old episode of Scooby Doo or something?
-
Here was me thinking it was in an old animated episode of ghostbusters :p (its strange what you remeber sometimes).

Umm, we all knew it as far as I could tell.
My uncle asked me this when I was very young, it took me a while to figure it out... It came in useful, I needed it for a game I once played.
Let me ask you this: What word contains three consecutive pairs of letters?
-
bookkeeper!
-
that was really quick...
The only way I got it so quickly, is because it was right in front of me.
-
For some reason the library was on my mind and it came from there, lol.

Hay Seperot
Don\'t make fun of me I don\'t like it. At least I put something on these forums. and somebody is spelt somebody not sombody. where did you learn your english.
-
Only n00bs take Seperot seriously :P
Verideon: Take my advice, dont read what Sep has to say as well.... I shouldnt say.
-
I decide to take your advice Syzerian because obveaselly seperot does not like me. But I can\'t see how you can judge someone by what they write
thanks for the advice, Verideron
-
verideon: please don\'t make such comments as \"where did you learn your english.\" Your english could use an improvement as well, but no one pointed that out... for example topic: \"I your smart youll know the answer\" should be \"If you\'re smart, you\'ll know the answer\" or something. It\'s annoying to see people get on each other for grammar, spelling and so on...
And as Adeli said, most likely everyone knew the answer... because (as faldrok said) that riddle is pretty old... \"pretty old\" being from sometime BC :P

Then don\'t be a hypocrite and do exactly that. :P Otherwise it might make you look silly.
