I loged in to molecular blue to see my usersname and pasword but when I used them to migrate it says \"name and password do not match\"?
does anybody know what\'s wrong?

Are you sure you haven\'t accidently put a capital at the start of your username?
I had the same problem, but i changed the capital to lower case and it worked :)

well, I typed one + in my pasword but I noticed then one my screen I see ++ (had more problems with that ingame) soo I tried both but nothing worked

if you dont have many crystals in the old mb account, then don\'t panic, you\'d start off with 0 tria in cb anyway, just wait for the release and you can create a cb account with the name as it hasnt reserved it. but if you do, write down your username and password EXACTLY the same on a piece of paper and sticky it to your monitor :p

I have tried loads of times and i am certain my psword and username are correct, i have lots of jems and will have recieved a ring of the past when (if) the migration works but it does not are there other reasons why this would not work (please answer asap. as i am getting annoyed

calm it, obviously your not typing something correctly as it is not working... how many crystals you have if you certain of receiving the ring? if it comes down to it im sure one of the gm\'s or devs can take this situation further and fix it

All i know is that my brother has far fewer crystals than me and he has recieved one in migration =-(

im not an expert on anything, so all i can say is keep patient, and keep trying, write down every way that you have tried (re trying them) and remember to try with capital letters at the start, all the way through etc.

Well I tried 10 times, with and without capitals,my password with one and two +\'s. I had to change my password for the forum and I was very sure I used the same pasword for the forum as for the game so I even tried to migrate with my new pasword. nothing seems to work. So there goes my one year of collecting stones I guess.

+ may be an invalid character for the migration form, but not the mb login section, i dont know that well so ask someone with brains or a dev, gm or general know-it-all, im out of ideas, sorry :)

Strange. My little brother is having the same problem (and rapidly becoming quite a problem because of it). I managed to reserve my name with no problems, but he couldn\'t manage to get it to work.
I typed his password in for him a couple of times to be sure he wasn\'t misstyping, but it still responded that the password was wrong. Perhaps this migh be a problem with the database-
Just got a mail from list - says there was a bug in migration script. Probably works now.

Nope - I retried for him but it didn\'t fix it.

still doesn\'t work for me. has your brothers pasword symbols in it like +,- or numbers ?

Am I the only one confused about this thread. Are gabriell, leuxast, and swift the same person? brothers? what?
Gabriell started the thread but then after a few posts leuxast comes in and seems like leuxast in his post is the one that started the thread, then it goes back and forth. From time to time they mention their brother (which might mean that they are brothers just posting on the same thread). Then out of no where comes swift saying he \'tried to fix it him and sorry for the doulble post\' and I am wondering if he is one of the brothers and where is this other post. I see only one post by swift in this entire thread.
Not that I am mad that I am confused, I was bored and this helped to unbore me some ;) Just wondering if I was the only one seeing strange things because I know I confuse easily or if this is strange to other people too :)

Gabriell started the thread.
Leuxast is my brother, he posted a rather ambiguous post that said that he was having the same problem.
He then left himself logged in on my laptop, and I made the last Leuxast post while logged on as him.
I then logged out, checked my email and recieved the \"Database Errors\" news message.
I then logged back in as myself and made the first \"swift\" post.

I\'ve asked my father but he prommised to me that Leuxast and Swift are not my brothers :) .
Still I can\'t migrate and it looks like one of the two brothers can\'t either. The only \"problem\" I see is the fact that I used a \"+\" in my pasword, but when I type one + I see ++ on my screen.
so I have 2 questions:
1. Are there people who use symbols in their pasword who could migrate ?
2. Does anybody know if we are aloud to use symbols in our pasword in Cristal Bleu?
please if you did, answer, at least I know it has somthing (or nothing) to do with my problem.

In answer to your question no i did not have symbols in my password but i had spaces and capitals in it, i dont know if this counts. Using the revised migration it still does not work.
seeing as i had about a years worth of hard found crystals. This is incredibly annoying but there is nothing i can do about it (other than start up a \'Help the eddiegiffney fund,its easy just 20 tria a day,make your kindness count=-)\'
Dev/Mod help would be greatly appreciated here

propably the web form filters symbols out that could corrupt the database (mysql isn\'t too keen on certain symbols {+ for example})
i suppose it does a stripping action before creating an MD5 hash from your password for comparing against the MB database
in that case only a dev (or someone with direct access to the database) can migrate you. but perhaps it\'s easyer to give you a ring afterwards.

Unfortunately I will probably recieve requests for an unfai number of tria.
I would gues that a dev would be the best person to resolve this - but they are currently busy building up to the release, so it would be better to wait.

10,000 tria + a ring of the past keeps the beggar away for evermore ;)
