Title: The great disappearing act

Ok I downloaded firefox about a week ago and it\'s been running great until now.  I restarted my computer and when I ran firefox all my bookmarks/favorites where gone. (hence the disappearing act) I went on internet explorer and I still had all my favorites so is there a way I can transfer them back into firefox?  Have any of you ever had this problem? And is this common and im just being stupid?

Never happened to me even when I reinstalled. Did you change accounts or anything?

uninst and reinst firefox, it shoul bring up the option to copy across your favourites in the install procedure...

Nope

Ill try reinstalling it though. I still have the setup file so no biggy.

EDIT Reinstalled it but it didnt fix it. Found a way to import my favs from ie though. So everythings ok now :)

Corrupted files? Spyware maybe? Viruses also might be the cause.
