But what i would like to know is:
will those cheatures be able to aid you in battle. Like a massive fire breathing tank that helps you to kill stronger mobs? Maybe they can act as pets?
And secondly, if they will, will they be able to gain exp, or since there will be no exp in this game, get better skills and increase their attack range/dmg.

Tis just only one aid that they bring. They be just mounts, like a horse from the surface. It would be a given that combat from such mounts will be a benefit over combat on foot but as for any other aid to battle tis my opinion they will not be.

There isn\'t realy a need to wory about trivialities just yet :)
I think it\'ll be quite a while before they player can level, nevr mind it\'s nice pets :D
