im sorry to add to the list of problems but I was wondering if there is anyway for me to fix a problem I have with the login screen. I noticed in screenshots that the logon text is supposed to be gold. Mine just has a white box around is with a cutout for the letters, almost like its doing the opposite when applying the transparency map to the text. This is both at 15 and 32 bit depth, at 16 almost every thing is invisible and very hard to read.
Im not sure what the problem could be. Its not too much of a big deal but it could be once i get into the actual game. Speaking of that I still havent received my validation email. I heard someone say that hotpop.com email might be screwy, which is what im using and is what i used for the remigration (milden). I recieved the remigration email fine with the amount of trias and such. Will this be a problem? If so is there anyway I can revert back to using a different email address, such as my verizon.net address? (and also hotpop doesnt use junk folders since it is all pop/ftp, i use outlook to access it)
btw i posted this in another thread, this is the problem on 15 and 16bit depths

Hmm, I have seen this before but it went away after a while. So not sure of the exact cause. I\'m sure it will cause problems in game though so sorry about that. I will mention to Jorrit ( Cyrstal Space ) and see if he has any insight.

I am having this problem as well, only more severely :(
I can not even read what the text says its just blotchy white and tan boxes, which has rendered logging in pretty much impossible.

I managed to type in what i think was my email and password, i cant tell cause i cant see what im typing, and clicked ok and a box with some unreadable text came up that said ok at the bottom and i clicked it and it just went back to the log in screen.

I have this problem also, and when i get to the character select screen it crashes <_<

im still having it as wel, hopefully they will release an update for it. For now I have to find a way around the \"World is Loading\" screen, that is where my next bug is happening

On what hardware does that \"cutout bug\" occur?

before you go judging (hehe) remember this: PS MB played just fine on this computer with rarely too much lag. I know CB might possibly require higher specs than its predecessor but it should still run somewhat, even if it played with a lower framerate.
now on with the specs:
551mhz p3
256mb RAM
32mb ATI Rage Fury
1024x768 resolution
32 bit depth
I also have a:
AMD 2.8 (2ghz)
768mb RAM
64mb integrated shared memory gfx card (crap)
its runs fine on the AMD machine, though since the video card is lacking everything is missing such as the login backgrounds, the main loading screen, the loading world screen, etc. Also its my dads so i cant use it anyway =\\

I know this probably isnt the thread to put this in, but, I have been hunting all day and can\'t find anyone with a similar problem.
I can see the script just fine, but i CANT see my model/client/chosen character/ what ever you call the person you play as.
I have run the updater several times, downloaded a dll file, and I have reinstalled the application several times. I finally was able to get the game to load today, but every body else was invisible to me. Including me. Also had to uninstall Ps MB to get it to load. I would appreciate any help I can get.

Quite often I disappear. I\'ve vanished from my screen about 3 times for periods of about 2 minutes. My friends have also not been able to see me at times, as lots of them say \"woah, you\'re invisible! All I can see is your name!\"
