Title: old char problem

when i use the first name of my old char i get \"name is in reserved database\" and cant continue on with char create.

plz help

I seem to be having the same problem. I think perhaps that i mistyped my email address, as i never received an email from completeing the second \"migration of charactures.\" Please help if possible, if not let me know and ill make a new character.
