when i use my comcast.net email for my new account i get \"account not validated\" at the set password screen. But i tryd making a new account with a hotmail.com account and it worked fine.
now the problem is that i migrated with my comcast.net email,so now i cant retreave my old char trias
help would be appreciated

Please check in your spam folder. Try sending the mail again. Also, the email may take a while before reaching you on some mail servers, so be patient.

Important Notice: If you migrated your character from MB release, please do the following: Create an account (using link below) with the same email you used to migrate your MB char. Download the game, and use the created account to log in. Press New Character, enter the first name exactly as it was in MB, enter any last name. If email and first name match the migrated char, you will get the trias and item migrated from MB.

i\'m getting the verification email fine but when i link back to the ps set password site i get the \"account not validated\" everytime.
but when i use another mail server like hotmail it works fine.
but this doesnt help cause i need to be able to use my migration email address,which is getting the validation problem.

When I recreated my character on Crystal Blue, I did not get any of the tria from the crystals I had collected in Molecular blue.
I migrated my character, even after the bug, and received an e-mail stating that it was successful and how many I would recieve. Creating a new account, I also received an e-mail, so I know that I did not enter the wrong one in any case, however my character has nothing when I log in. Is there an explanation for this? Is there something I should do?

when i try to log in it wont work (on cyrstal blue) i migrated a char and used the exact email stuff but it wont work it says name is not valid

you have to create a new account and use the same email to migrate... i did that step but we cant test if it works since the server seems to be down
