Title: The PVP in CB

I made this post to ask about the PVP in CB (and in PS in general). How does it run? It is like in some games where you can attack people everywhere but you got a penalitzation, or like many games where you can only PvP in some areas or to other clans?
Or, the worst option to me, it will be like in some games where you can only PvP if both players are agree?

Both players have to agree, but if you are in a Guild war, you can attack a member of the other Guild without warning.
