Title: ARE THE SERVERS DOWN???

everytime i open cb it shows two servers laanax or whatever it is and it shows localhost.....it shows that they both fail......and sometiems it shows that only localhost fails...anyway it says contacting server...and it just sits there and sits there and sits there then finally says dead link....

They shut it down to add the new recompiled stuff, according to what I read. That is that Laanx server however; localhost is your own computer and I dont think you are running a server on it now, are you? ;)

I\'m not sure if that had anything to do with just now but unlike before it wasn\'t a linkdead and I didn\'t get kicked.  I was in the sewers and didn\'t see anyone or any rats so I made my way out only to find Hydlaa completely deserted except for me...during an eclipse!  Spooooky!    ;)

Of course that was just my perspective.  But I had the whole world to myself.   8)   It was too dark so I didn\'t stay.

servers do appear down i was fine then i updated and now i see the laanx  server online i click ok it says contacting server and nothing happens no error nothing

Randalp - updating had nothing to do with it.
everyone has the ame problem.
i advanced 3 sword skilld and probably lost it

i think im getting the same thing, the server ping is there and looks perfectly fine but when i click to connect it just says connecting but never connects :\\ i hope it gets fixed soon...so bored now..

lol all im doing for like the past half our is pressing F5 here and quit and start ps :)

they really should make a nice server monitoring tool for everyone :)

Ok i give up its like 5 in the morning or at night whatever.... and its a nice winters night :) butt i can\'t play!!!!! :@ really i bashed in my F5 key so much :( And getting cramps in my index finger :( so i\'ll hit the bed for now i guess and pray for better times for tomorrow

Well, it happened again, so this time I went exploring in the \'ol dungeon - and no fall damage!  So it was just like old times in MB.  The only problem I noticed is you can no longer climb that steep area just before the spiral staircase.  :(
So if I end up there when I get back in game, I will have to spawn.  Oh well, much fun!   :]

There was no fall damage because the server had gone kaplooie. ;) That happened to me too.

Edit: er, now that  I read the post you quoted, I see that you realised that. Sorry lol. :P

edit: and for the time zone difference its +13 hours from eastern time. So if its 1 am eastern time, its 2 pm there.
