Title: stuck behind a bar

hello you lot
i\'m new and i\'ve already got a big problem
my char is stuck behind some bar in a corridor
it can\'t get out
i tried to jump up the bookshelves and the bar but it didn\'t work
i just want to get out
please help me fast so i can run around again

well dont use it to much the game gets lag it happent to me:|
