Title: Need help can't play game and other things

First of all when i enter the game some of the letters are missing and the menu looks all screwy and second of all everytime i try to enter the game i get a message that says Something unexpected happened in PlaneShift: Crystal Blue Exception at address: 00409CAD, Exception code: C0000005  please help me out i really want to play this game

try posting the diagnostics file the game gives you if you press yes in this thread.
