Title: i cant get in, please help, Devs

when i get in, i click the character i want, then it goes to the loading page.  It says loading region, then itss like something pops up and the screen goes black, but nothing pops up.  it also beeps, but it is not the pop blocker.  It does this in-game too once in a while
please help.

shorty, could you ever play before our are you starting Planeshift the first time?

I didn\'t have this in PS yet, but in other games I got this due to my graphics card, which was crap. New drivers didn\'t help me, but may help you.
