Post by: moria belgium on December 30, 2004, 12:59:46 pm
can someone help me?

I have a  account with a person etc.
But if I want to join the game I receive a black screen
I don\'t receive any message of errors

Does anybody know how I can fix that problem?

I have black screens a lot of times. one time when I logged in and 6 or 7 times ingame when I had to load another zone like entering the road outside the town.
I can still here the music and sometimes I still have a jellow arow but thats all. The only way out of this for me is Ctrl-Alt-Delete.

Try to run planeshift not with fullscreen - use psconfig to change this. Then you maybe will get a popup with the error-message (I assume it will be an exception and the popup ask you to save a dump-file for developers...)
This will not solve the problem, but at least you see the main error message then.
