Title: Tryin to understand it all

Okay, just read up on the history of planeshift. Im a little confused, and i want to make sure i get the important parts right.


Okay, so there are two main places to live. Theres
Yliakum and hydlaa

This is yliakum,
the stalactite-city
       |

\\    /              |
 \\  /               |
  \\/                |   And these stars in the way bigger
                     |   cave  are hydlaa, where laanx
                    |                 made the city?
                    |
                    |
__________|________*****_____________


Which one does the game take place in?and do both citys have the same species?and are they completely seperated or what?

Yliakum is the name of the giant cavern inside the stalactite.  Hydlaa is but one city on the upper level of one of the 8 ring levels.
You can see the rings in this cross section.  The entire region is Yliakum.  Hydlaa would be city on the first ring.
